The TRNKY project – living in sunny meadows brings a new residential district with a unified vision to the locality.

Right here, in the suburban part of Žilina, Trnová, full of potential due to its proximity to nature and excellent accessibility to the center, a modern residential district inspired by self-sufficiency and a green strategy will grow.

TRNKY has a valid biulding permit for:

Considering the situation, great emphasis is placed on the green strategy, including extensive green roofs and the creation of retention areas, when preparing the project. TRNKY is a project that is largely self-sufficient in electricity production through photovoltaics (island system of operation).

For the Trnky project, we were inspired by modern trends both visually and technically, with an emphasis on quality, practicality, green strategy, sustainability and especially green energy.

In October 2023, we obtained our first approval decision – the use of line construction SO 08 – Repositioning of the gas distribution pipeline – which also took effect at the end of November of that year.

The 2DUBY Považská residential project, which is being built on the largest housing estate in Považská Bystrica, Rozkvet, will bring 117 one- to five-room apartments, including 5 maisonettes, to the location. The new building will be made according to energy standard A0, in its immediate vicinity will be the newly built Považská CITY PARK with an area of almost 23,000 m2 and will have many benefits for ideal living in Považská Bystrica – green roofs with relaxation zones, photovoltaic panels, 2x charging stations for electric cars, 2x freight elevators, generous balconies, terraces and front gardens, high quality materials used, a choice of three types of parking spaces or customized financing. It is impossible not to mention that the investor cares a lot about security and the entire 2DUBOV premises will be protected by a camera system.

We really thought of everything, even the management of apartment buildings, which will be provided by Constario prvá správcovská. So, in case of any requirements regarding these apartment buildings, you have everything under one roof.

The project is divided into 2 stages – Summer Oak, the construction of which is currently underway, and Winter Oak, the construction of which we are preparing and will soon be on sale.

Of the total number of 62 apartments in Summer, three-quarters of the apartments are currently reserved.
