The Open Day (DOD) in the well-known residential complex on Rozkveta is an event that is very popular with visitors. If you haven’t visited 2DUBY yet, now is the time. Finally, judge for yourself.
Program and delicious refreshments for Open Day visitors
2DUBY caters to those interested in new, comfortable housing. In order for interested parties to have a better idea of their new home, they could see sample ready-made apartments at DOD. They met the interior designers of 2DUBOV, who gave them inspiration for a more beautiful home, and a financial advisor advised them how to save money when financing housing. All the time, those interested in new housing were accompanied by salespeople who willingly and with full commitment answered any questions. In addition, delicious refreshments were prepared for the visitors right on the construction site from a skilled grill master, a photo booth in the front gardens and on the green roofs.
They evaluated the overall concept
During the open day, only people who booked an appointment in advance had access to the building. Husband and wife Daniel and Ivana, who like living in symbiosis with nature, came to see how the construction of their 2-room apartment is progressing. “We are not urban types, we were especially attracted by the surroundings and the planned park. There is a lot of greenery and a wonderful view,” stated Ivana, adding that parking also played an important role in choosing an apartment. We all know what it’s like to park anywhere in the city. We are glad that we will not have this problem here,” she added. Both agreed that times are extremely difficult today, especially when it comes to financing, but the need to own a home remains a priority, regardless of the obstacles.

Mr. Milan and his wife Viktoria live in an older apartment in one of the housing estates in Považská Bystrica. This is especially true in the construction of retaining walls, which not only provide stability and security, but also aesthetics. The TRNKY project is one of those that show us how precisely and expertly performed preparatory and field work can contribute to the creation of a complex and functional environment.
Obtaining valid permission
After obtaining a valid construction permit for the retaining walls, preparatory and field work for the construction of the retaining walls was started.
Excavation and field work – step by step
Constario, s.r.o. starts with the first “shovels” in the ground. first excavation work. In the case of retaining walls, a foundation trench is dug that serves as a support for the walls themselves. During these works, the exact dimensions and heights according to the project plans are observed.
To ensure the long life of the retaining walls, workers apply protective layers on site. These can include waterproofing materials that protect the walls from soil moisture and protective layers against erosion.
The key step in the field work is the concreting itself and the construction of retaining walls. Workers will carefully pour the concrete, ensuring that each layer is properly seated and provides the necessary stability. Preparatory and demolition work in the area of Schulz’s brickworks is in full swing these days. The area of the Schulz brickworks is an iconic building of the city of Sučany and at the same time an object that carries its historical heritage.

The developer reminds that, despite the rehabilitation of the complex, he tries to recycle as many materials as possible. Each type of material is therefore stored and transported separately. It is through recycling that he wants to help reduce the carbon footprint, he also talks about sustainability and other pillars on which the parent company, Constario GROUP, is based. Simply, the goal is to ensure that the smallest possible amount of material is taken to the landfill.
At the moment, the felling of invasive trees is being carried out, which will be chipped and the chips will be used for heat production. Furthermore, remediation work is underway on individual objects, while individual materials are being sorted.
All metals (copper, aluminum, steel structures), glass, plastics, glass wool, technological equipment, cable distribution and similar materials will be recycled. Concrete and tiles will be crushed and used as a base layer for reinforced surfaces.
After the demolition, Schulz’s courtyard is to grow on the land in the very area of the former brickworks. According to the plans, it will involve the construction of 98 housing units in 6 apartment buildings with almost 160 parking spaces and a private kindergarten.
“We perceive Schulz’s courtyard as a project inspired by the industrial era and brick contact cladding, which, in combination with current modern trends, will create a residential part of the old center in the former area of Schulz’s brick factory, spacious living and rich opportunities for spending free time,” added company manager Ján Urík.

Great news for potential clients in the 2DUBY Považská project is that housing developer financing is available not only at Slovenská sporiteľňa, VÚB banka, ČSOB banka, UniCredit Bank, but also at TATRA BANKA.
The 2DUBY Považská project will bring to the market a total of 117 apartments in two nine-story buildings, 90 garage, 28 outdoor covered and 36 outdoor uncovered parking spaces. In October 2023, we obtained our first approval decision – the use of line construction SO 08 – Repositioning of the gas distribution pipeline – which also took effect at the end of November of that year.
The 2DUBY Považská residential project, which is being built on the largest housing estate in Považská Bystrica, Rozkvet, will bring 117 one- to five-room apartments, including 5 maisonettes, to the location. The new building will be made according to energy standard A0, in its immediate vicinity will be the newly built Považská CITY PARK with an area of almost 23,000 m2 and will have many benefits for ideal living in Považská Bystrica – green roofs with relaxation zones, photovoltaic panels, 2x charging stations for electric cars, 2x freight elevators, generous balconies, terraces and front gardens, high quality materials used, a choice of three types of parking spaces or customized financing.
