The TRNKY project near Žilina received a building permit for retaining walls and utility networks

The TRNKY project – living in sunny meadows brings a new residential district with a unified vision to the locality.

Right here, in the suburban part of Žilina, Trnová, full of potential due to its proximity to nature and excellent accessibility to the center, a modern residential district inspired by self-sufficiency and a green strategy will grow.

TRNKY has a valid biulding permit for:

• retaining walls,
• campus communication,
• part of engineering networks.

Greenery in the surroundings is also a guarantee of quality housing

Considering the situation, great emphasis is placed on the green strategy, including extensive green roofs and the creation of retention areas, when preparing the project. TRNKY is a project that is largely self-sufficient in electricity production through photovoltaics (island system of operation).
