The Okružná Residence offers distinctive urban living that meets the expectations of even the most demanding clients, while providing stylish office spaces. The project expresses the interplay between the urban environment and timeless architectural design.
By reconstructing and extending the 5-storey building with a newly built lift, we have created 5 non-residential units and 15 housing units in various layout configurations and sizes from 33 m2 to 96 m2 with private parking.
